STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a license agreement between you and Lindsey.io that explains how you can use the content that you license from me. By downloading content from Lindsey.io, you accept the terms of this agreement. This agreement is also included in each sticker pack you download for your convenience.
HOW CAN I USE LICENSED CONTENT?
I want you to be able to use my content in a manner that will benefit your business but I do have some dos and don'ts of using Lindsey.io's content.
- Use my digital stickers in your app or on your website
- Use my digital stickers to create a profile pic
- Use my digital stickers in a website for yourself or a single client
- Use purchased digital stickers without credit attribution
- Resell purchased digital stickers to your own end users
- Resell purchased digital stickers to other businesses or apps
- Create derivative artwork based on my digital stickers to be used in your app/website
- Use my digital stickers to create a logo
- Use my digital stickers in a website or app for multiple clients
- Claim to have created the characters or the digital stickers
NO UNLAWFUL USE
You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner including hate speech or incitement to hate speech .
NO STANDALONE FILE USE
You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).
NO USE IN TRADEMARK OR LOGO
You may not use content as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
NO FALSE REPRESENTATION OF AUTHORSHIP
You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is made up largely of licensed content. For instance, you cannot add my stickers to your app and claim that you are the creator of the stickers.
Do I need to include a credit to the artist? You do not need to include a credit for commercial or personal use, but if you are using content for editorial purposes, you must include the following credit adjacent to the content or in audio/visual production credits: "Lindsey.io"
If you use my free digital stickers on any of your projects, you must give attribution to "Lindsey.io" as the creator of the content.
The characters and design of my content is owned by Lindsey.io and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws.
EXAMPLES OF USAGE
Examples of how you can use licensed content include: websites; blog posts; social media; advertisements; marketing campaigns; corporate presentations; web and mobile applications; personal use.
My licensed content cannot be used in print without purchasing an extended license. To purchase an extended license, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may not create physical merchandise depicting my characters or digital stickers including but not limited to t-shirts, buttons, physical stickers, toys, product packaging, etc. for resale or free.
NUMBER OF LICENSES
When you purchase content from me, this entitles you to 1 license per business, app, or website. If you own 5 businesses, apps, or websites in which you plan to use our content, you would be required to purchase 5 separate licenses.
SUBLICENSING AND RESELLING
Content cannot be sublicensed, shared or otherwise redistributed on its own (even for free). You may not resell purchased digital stickers to your end users but not to other businesses/apps. Free sticker packs and content may not be resold to your users.
There is no expiration or end date on your rights to use the content. However, Lindsey.io reserves the right to revoke any license for any reason, including, but not limited to breach of this agreement or if piracy is detected.
This is non-exclusive content, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. I can and will license the same content to other customers.
