Dr. Piggers is a lovable, bumbling doctor who doesn't always get it right. He’s kind of a goofball and a bit of a clown. He claims to be a real doctor but I have it on good authority that he’s not. He purchased his medical “license” at one of those souvenir shops where you can buy a wallet inspector badge. Don’t let him fool you, he’s not qualified to give you Botox injections.
